The interface and procedures between the individual business processes at PULS are described in a process-oriented 'Management System'.
This management system is constructed and implemented in a matrix form across all PULS sites, including the production sites in the Czech Republic. In this way the outstanding quality of PULS products and services is not just ensured, but is continuously improved!
The PULS management system was certified for the first time as early as 1996 in accordance with the international ISO 9001 standard by the South-German branch of TÜV. Since 2002, the management system at all sites has been certified in accordance with the process-oriented ISO 9001. The TÜV auditors have always great praise for the structure and implementation of our system:
