The implementation of outstanding products has called again and again for new ground to be broken. The latest technologies and methods are used to support the development process. In order for any possible risks to be detected at an early stage and to be dealt with before the main production begins, a FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) is carried out for every new project. This analysis looks at both from the point of view of mechanical design (which is performed using a 3-D CAD system) and from the point of view of circuit technology. The engineering and the construction are checked using the very latest thermal and circuit simulations. In addition, in the company's own test laboratory, ongoing tests that accompany development work are tested from every angle in a comprehensive design verification process.
