The etaLINK 3000 & CW1000 are patented, inductive fast-charging systems for industrial electric vehicles and mobile robots. Designed for modern, autonomous robotic systems, they enable safe and efficient “in-process charging” of batteries through wireless charging. The systems are maintenance-free, easy to install, and designed for long-term use. The charging process starts automatically within one second once the vehicle is on the charging station and is optimised via an integrated CAN interface.

In-process-charging of autonomous vehicles and robots

The inductive battery charging systems enable fully automated intermediate charging (“In-Process-Charging”) of your AGVs, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and industrial trucks (FFZ). This keeps the energy level of the vehicles constant through many short intermediate charges, avoiding longer downtimes due to charging breaks.

No major infrastructure changes to your production and logistics environment are necessary for installation. Smart data collection also provides you with all relevant energy metrics, such as battery charge status and vehicle operating times, for smooth production processes.

The charging systems can be approached from any direction and have a high positional tolerance of 40 mm in every direction.

The entire system is maintenance-free, weather-resistant (IP65), and contactless. This means there is no wear or contamination due to friction. Additionally, there is no risk of sparking.
