Deputy VP Quality & Management Systems*

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced deputy for the Vice President Quality & Management Systems who will support our quality management team and play a role in implementing quality standards and management systems within the organisation. In this position, you will work closely with the Vice President to guarantee that quality assurance standards are met and drive continuous improvements in our processes.

  • Supporting and deputising for the Vice President Quality & Management Systems in the development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards, methods and procedures.
  • Ensuring that the statutory requirements of corporate and material compliance are met.
  • Holding audits, inspections and training courses to promote a quality culture within the organisation.
  • Analysing quality data, identifying potential improvements and implementing measures to optimise our processes.
  • Working closely with other departments, suppliers and customers to ensure that we offer high-quality products and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • A good degree in engineering or quality management, specialising in electrical engineering.
  • At least five years’ experience in a leadership role in quality management within the electronics industry.
  • Experience of implementing and continuously improving management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc.) and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, lean management).
  • Leadership qualities, a team-oriented approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to assert yourself.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative.
  • Your open approach and good communication skills, together with your fluent English and perfect German, help you to communicate effectively, including on international business trips.
