More than 7,000 readers of the magazine Markt&Technik voted for their "Managers of the Year" in the electronics industry. This year two PULS managers were presented with this award.
Bernhard Erdl, Managing Director and founder of PULS GmbH, accepted the award in the category "Pioneers and Innovators". The award honors the innovative power and courage of the founder of PULS, whose success story began with the presentation of the first DIN rail power supply at the trade show electronica in 1990. Since then, PULS has become the worldwide market leader for DIN rail power supplies.
Tanja Friederichs, Vice President HR, was honored in the category "Human Resources Manager". The key factor for presenting her with this award was her passionate commitment to the concept of New Work. In the past months she has established PULS as a role model for digital transformation in Germany. The modern working environment in the new PULS headquarters in Munich and the new agile innovation lab in Vienna are just two of the latest results of PULS' New Work strategy.
The entire PULS team would like to congratulate Bernhard Erdl and Tanja Friederichs on their well-deserved awards.
