PULS awarded as STEM employer by students and graduates

In 2016 PULS has been awarded as a "MINT (STEM) Minded Company" again. This prestigious employer award is given to companies which support innovation and business in Germany and that promote STEM (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology) by students, graduates and professionals in particular.

These companies must be nominated directly bySTEM students and graduates.

Initiators of the award are the German publisher "audimax Medien" in cooperation with the project group “MINT Zukunft schaffen”, which means "MINT future creation" and was launched by the German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The aim of the award is to encourage as many German companies as possible to support young STEM employees and to cooperate even closer with the universities in terms of practical aspects of their courses. This should enable honest and challenging career opportunities for STEM specialists in the economy.

All nominees sign the so-called “MINT Welcome”-statement. This is a symbolic ten-point schedule. By signing it the companies agree to secure the STEM young academics in Germany in the long term and to support scientific high performers. This commitment relates in particular to the promotion of women in technical professions.

PULS is very proud to carry this seal and sees it as an endorsement of its successful trainee programmes and its unwavering passion for electrical engineering.
