Your tasks
- Analysing the market to identify customer requirements, habits and trends.
- Responsibility for managing the quality of data relating to newly generated leads and event contacts in the marketing database and producing analyses and reports.
- Managing our website and social media activities and expanding them with the help of automated marketing tools. Monitoring and reporting on the development of the activities.
- Planning events such as seminars, trade fairs and technology forums, plus your own projects.
- Supporting the planning and implementation of marketing measures on a variety of channels, including social media, email, websites, adverts etc.
Our requirements
- A good degree in business administration, communication science, marketing or an equivalent qualification.
- At least three years’ professional experience in a B2B environment.
- A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in German and English. Other languages are a bonus.
- Interested in technology and good with figures.
- An independent approach to work and good organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel, for example to trade fairs and other events, including outside Germany (maximum of 30 days per year).
- Familiarity with WordPress, Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) and, ideally, Adobe Suite.
- Experience of project management and event management and, ideally, (online) marketing.
- A proactive approach, the ability to work independently and excellent communication skills in German and English.
