The purpose of this policy is to ensure that PULS GmbH complies with the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Supply Chain Act, LkSG) and takes the necessary measures to meet its due diligence obligations in its supply chain.
PULS GmbH is not currently covered by the provisions of the Supply Chain Act. However, respect for human rights, care for the environment and compliance with social standards within our supply chain are fundamentally important to us. Therefore, we undertake to introduce the necessary measures to meet the requirements of the Supply Chain Act. This policy applies to all the departments and employees in our organisation and specifies the obligations and responsibilities resulting from the Supply Chain Act.
This policy comes into effect on 08 February 2024 and applies to all areas of the company. We undertake to take our compliance with this policy seriously and to work constantly to ensure that our supply chain is ethical and sustainable.
