The HR Innovation Award is awarded every year in the following categories: HR Software & Hardware, Training & Learning, Recruiting & Attraction as well as the category HR Transformation & Consulting. Tanja Friederichs has participated in the HR Innovation Award several times and was even awarded for her new work concept at PULS. Since 2019, Tanja Friederichs has been supporting the jury of the HR Innovation Award as a judge.
The highly qualified jury consists of 15 HR-experts ranging from academics to media representatives and business people. The jury reviews and selects the winners and finalists in all four categories.
