Management team

Dr. Carsten Metelmann is responsible for developing and expanding growth markets such as Southeast Asia, India, and Australia/New Zealand within the global sales organization.
His role includes strengthening new customer acquisition, strategically entering new industries, and promoting the entire PULS Group portfolio in an integrated manner.
He draws on more than 30 years of experience in business development for German companies in Asia.

Philipp Müller-Sohnius is responsible for the global IT of the PULS Group and, together with the management team, is driving the digital transformation of the organization forward.
The internationally structured IT department ensures that the company’s processes are optimally and securely supported through digital solutions, contributing to overall competitiveness.

Stefan Seidenzahl is responsible for Sales in Europe, the Middle East and South and East Asia. Together with the local teams, he will support PULS’ customer-oriented “We CARE” initiative, thereby ensuring that our customers benefit from the best possible product and service solutions.

Reinhard Stamm is an expert when it comes to finance and commercial management. Since 2003 he has contributed significantly to PULS’ impressive growth.

Stephan Krücker joined PULS in April 2017. He is responsible for product developments according to the product roadmap.

Michael Raspotnig, with his many years of experience in the power supply market, envisions and specifies future products with the aim of achieving the best possible product-market fit and thus contributing to the steady growth of PULS.
